INTERVIEW
To ensure that the candidate is the right fit for the position, we will be conducting a preliminary interview. Some of the expected basic questions will deal with the kind of skills, knowledge, experience, and other requirements for the job.
TESTING/PROJECT
Candidates will be assigned a brief project to evaluate their knowledge and skillset depending on the job they are applying for. For instance, writers will be assessed on tone, grammar, spelling, and other factors. Coders and programmers will be gauged on the ability to come up with clean and functional code, and other prerequisites.
